I started online training with Grahame a year ago when my gym closed permanently. I thought it would be temporary until I could find another gym, but Grahame's so great that there's no going back. My main concern with losing my gym (and working out at home with limited equipment) was being able to maintain my strength. Grahame (and his excellent programming) has helped me not only maintain my strength but become stronger and much more mobile (😅). Grahame is a knowledgeable and talented coach that gives useful real-time cues and corrections on form. He's encouraging, has a sense of humor that keeps classes fun, and gives lots of positive reinforcement. He's fostered an online community that's supportive, enjoyable, and helps maintain motivation and accountability. There's variety in the workouts and Grahame is great at providing personalized modifications when needed for any level of fitness or experience with kettlebells. Grahame will help you be your strongest and most mobile self and actually enjoy the journey, too.
